Product Description
Calcined coal by anthracite calcined at 1240℃ calcining furnace, can remove the sulfur production process, moisture, volatile matter effectively. The usage of recarburizer is according to the actual situation to decide, the common way is to add, that is to say with the charge( pig iron ,scrap steel, scrap) to join in furnace, the joining process as much as possible to that scrap and recarburizer full contact, recarburizer effect is better, customers are using this method, the absorption rate can reach more than 90%.
Graphitized petroleum coke is mainly used as the recarburizer during the steel making. The product is characterized by no residual, high availability, convenient operation, reduced production cost, extremely low content of phosphor and sulfur and stable performance. It can also be used in plastic and rubber as an additive.
